TURMERIC LEMON SMOKED SALMON LINGUINE

INGREDIENTS
ArkA Smoked Atlantic Salmon Loin Premium Cut 6oz
1 box of linguine pasta
1 tsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 ¾ cup of spinach
1/3 cup of cream cheese
1/2 lemon (juice and zest)
2 tsp. of turmeric
Pepper (to taste)
Small handful basil, finely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the pasta following pack instructions. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic clove. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan and cook garlic for 1-2 mins until softened. Add the spinach and continue to cook until just wilted. 
- Stir in the cream cheese, lemon zest juice, turmeric and black pepper. 
- Drain the pasta and add to the mixture in the large saucepan. Toss with basil until sauce is evenly distributed. If the consistency of the sauce is too thick, add a little of the hot water you used to boil the pasta to thin it out a little. 
- Plate the pasta and top with the smoked salmon. Season with turmeric to taste. Serve and enjoy.
